ITC Cancellation Policy

ITC staff is here to provide the best possible service to our clients. We want to provide a positive experience for each client and to do so we must require a few steps if appointments should be canceled.

Cancelation:
As we understand life is unexpected, things do come up and cancellations do happen. We ask that you cancel via Genbook or notify us immediately so we can properly cancel your appointment. We now require Credit/Debit card info to secure an appointment. If you contact your barber within a 2-hour notice, there will be absolutely no charge to your card.

No Show:
If you completely fail to contact your barber or cancel your appointment, you will be charged at 100% cost of service price. Our appointment system is set up to send you every detail of information for your appointment with easy instructions on how to cancel or you can simply cancel by calling the shop at (951) 471-1855.

Cancelation within 2 hours:
Once your appointment is booked it becomes our top priority as we make sure that the selected appointment is secure for you. It makes it very difficult to fill that spot within a less than 2-hour notice. Clients who fail to notify their barber within 2 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $10 fee.

Late Arrivals:
If you will be later than 5 minutes, please notify your barber. Appointments are set to give the barber an exact time frame so they can comfortably and professionally complete the service and be ready for the upcoming appointment. Failure to notify your barber can cause your appointment to be rejected.
